Job Title: CAD SoftwareEngineer

Number of Positions: Multiple

Reporting to: NX Part ModelingTeam

Location: Shanghai

JobDescription:

This position is as aSoftware Engineer working on a large commercial CAD application. The employee will perform design and softwareprogramming for the NX CAD product with focus on surpassing customerexpectations and achieving high quality and on-time delivery. The position requires performing all of theSDLC steps of software design for one area of a product. The employee willcreate, document and execute software designs for focused product areas. Somecustomer interaction may be required.

• Contributes individuallyor in a team to meet the requirements of various projects
• Maintainsexisting software code and resolves customer and internally reported problems
• Writes clean,robust and maintainable code to minimize the cost of defects over time
• Works withcustomers to understand and improve existing code for their area
• Follows thevarious steps in the SDLC process including writing design documents and coding

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor,Master or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, orclosely related fields from a reputed university
• Strongknowledge of C++/C
• Knowledge ofadvanced data structures, object oriented analysis and design
• Knowledge of CADsoftware, such as NX/UG/Catia/Solid Works/Proe is preferable
• Knowledge ofadvanced algorithms in the CAD/CAM/CAE or CAGD domain is preferable
• English Communication skill
